Return and Exchange Policy

At RD « RythmDynamic LLC-FZ » we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. If item may not meet your needs, in this case:

Returning/Exchange a Purchase

Sold items cannot be returned or refunded if not claimed after three days of purchase.

Items unused, with original packaging, not damaged and with original receipt can be exchanged within 7 days or credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for one month  from the date of the purchase.

Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected cannot be refundable, returned or exchanged. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be prior to production. If the order is for a stocked item, cancellation must be prior to delivery.

Used products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless it is a manufacturing defect. 

 ROF reserves the right to determine this within a limited period of time. Kindly keep the certificate packed with the purchased item in order to reserve your right.

During a Sale/Promotion we are unable to accept the return of products. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges.

Damaged & Missing Parts

If you accepted a package and then discover items are missing or damaged, do not discard the packaging. Please contact us right away and we will deliver you the replacement parts at no extra charge. If we don’t have the parts in stock, we will order them from the source, which may take a convenient time to deliver it. Again, all returned products should be in the original packaging.

We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

Delivery 

Delivery slots will only be confirmed once full payment has been received or once funds have cleared when paying by cheque or TT(bank transfer).

Upon booking the delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions at the delivery address. Deliverables to outside of Dubai will incur a delivery charge of AED 35~50 AED.

Should we be unable to deliver due to any restrictions or for any other reason through no fault of our own, or should you cancel your delivery less than 24hr.

For products purchased for shipment outside the country, the responsibility of the purchased products will be handed over to the shipping company at our designated point of collection if RD is handling the shipment process . All abroad deliverables will be charged separately upon client request.
